Buildings in the City of Chula Vista that are 20k square feet or greater and have an Energy Star Score of 79 or lower or an EUI score less than X, are required to submit an ASHRAE level II energy audit by 2026. Please note EUI scores are only used if the building use type is not eligible for an Energy Star Score. Please fill out the required fields below and attach the energy audit report.
